Helping to lead the Project Plan B team, Tim has 23 years of experience in garment manufacturing in both the retail and corporate clothing industries. With a wealth of business, strategy and industry expertise, Tim has helped to build, finance, grow and manage several successful clothing companies from inception to exit. Tim is also a consultant on Ethical Trading, as well as leading the development of our world sourcing opportunities.

With a love of trail running, Tim is committed to finding ways to protect our environment for future generations.

With 25 years of operational experience in garment design and development, ethical offshore manufacturing and project management in the performance and technical workwear market, Andy is committed to making positive change within the textile industry. His extensive career has also seen him partner with some of the UK’s most high profile, leading uniform workwear suppliers and retail brands. Andy is also a senior stakeholder for a number of significant retail uniform rebrands, as well as being a PPE specialist with extensive experience in ISO EN 20471 garment certification.

When he isn’t in the office, Andy can often be found enjoying the great outdoors with a passion for camping and sailing.
